RETURNS POLICIES: Unopened and unused product in saleable condition may be returned for a full refund, or exchange, minus shipping costs.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Books from Tumbleweeds Used Book Division are returnable on a prorated basis-please inquire.

PAYMENT POLICIES: We accept payment by:

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Google, personal checks and US Post Office money orders for all USA purchases. 

Canadian & other worldwide purchases will only be accepted through PayPal. 

Please allow additional processing time for personal checks. 

Google Check Out: If you wish to check out using your Google account, please follow these instructions:

1) On the "Check Out" page, please type in GOOGLE in the "Promotion Code" box.

2) On the "Visa" drop down menu select "Google". Enter the word GOOGLE as your "credit card" number. Enter 2009 as the year in the "expiration" block for the "card".

Note:  We will send your invoice through our Google account to the e-mail address that you provided earlier.  You may then pay for your purchase through your Google account.

STOCK AVAILABILITY:

In Stock: Many of the items listed here are available at our warehouse. These will be shipped within 2-3 business days after your payment is received and clears. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately. You will be given the option of cancelling your order, or allowing us to place it on backorder for you.

Pre-Order: Some items are available through our warehouse distributor and will be drop shipped to you within 10-14 business days. If that is the case, we will notify you of the expected delivery date. If you are unable to wait, please cancel you order within 24 hours after we contact you, otherwise the order will be processed for shipment.

Unique Items: These are one-of-a-kinds. Often these will be antique or vintage items. We have these available for sale at several of our outlets. They are considered "first come, first served". When a unique item sells, we will do our best to delete it from all other listings immediately. If by chance you purchase a unique item that has just sold to someone else, we will notify you and refund your money in full.

KENTUCKY SALES TAX: 

This online store charges Kentucky sales tax to all orders shipped within Kentucky. 

Out of state purchases are not taxed. 

If tax appears in error on your invoice for a shipment to an out of state location/or a tax-exempt Kentucky church in our files, we will adjust your invoice accordingly. 

SHIPPING INFO: 

We will ship your purchases anywhere in the continental USA, plus Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.

We may also be able to ship some items worldwide where possible.

Shipments to Canada & worldwide will be via USPS Priority Mail International, only, with insurance and return receipt required. 

All USA shipping charges include carrier offered insurance and delivery confirmation.

We recycle packing materials as much as possible, but occasionally have to charge the cost of a purchased box if nothing else is available.

We do not add any handling fees unless specifically noted in the item description (see Christian World solo CDs for an example).

UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes. 

When choosing the Post Office, please add (1) extra day to the estimated delivery schedule below for us to make a trip to the Post Office. 

Please allow extra time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or worldwide. 

Special note on combined shipping: Multiple purchases can sometimes ship for less than is shown at order checkout. If this occurs, we will credit your payment for the difference.

UPS: Monday through Friday
        UPS Ground-Commercial: 1-7 Days/Shipping to a business address is the least expensive way to go, when possible.
        UPS Ground-Residential:  1-7 Days/When there is no available business address, then this is the only way to go UPS even though it is a little higher.

USPS: Monday through Saturday
          First-Class Mail:  1-3 Days/Most items/13 ounces or less  
          Priority Mail:  1-3 Days/Most items/14 ounces to 70 pounds
          Parcel Post:  2-9 Days/Most items/Up to 70 pounds
          Media Mail:  2-9 Days/Books, sound recordings and recorded video tapes, only/Up to 70 pounds.

Special note on Media Mail:
Contents are limited to books, manuscripts, sound recordings, recorded videotapes, and computer-readable media (not blank).

Please do not choose Media Mail unless your item(s) is eligible!

USPS International: Monday through Saturday        

         Priority Mail International: 6-10 average business days to major destinations/customs delays are possible/duties & excise taxes are the responsibility of the addressee/size restrictions may apply/insurance & return receipt are required and are already included in the cost of postage as shown for your order

Contact us about any items you wish to pick up at our warehouse location by appointment only.

As you are placing your order you will arrive at the "estimated shipping" page. 

Click on the "down arrow" where it shows the UPS charge. 

Click on the "Hold For Store Pick-up" option. 

We will hold prepaid items indefinitely. 

Other items will be held for a maximum of 3 days.
